Ein ruhig gelegenes einfaches, aber ordentliches Nichtraucherzimmer innerhalb einer Wohnung mit W-LAN undTV.

Die komplett eingerichtete Küche und das Esszimmer, Bad/WC sind zur Mitbenutzung mit den Gastgebern und einem weiteren Gast.  Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt.

Wöchentliche Reinigung inklusive.

Sehr gute Straßenbahnverbindung ins Zentrum, zum Bahnhof und ins Neuenheimer Feld.

Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle liegt 8 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt und fährt jede 10 Minuten.

Description of the accommodation:

One simply furnished but very clean non smoking room inside of a private accommodation with W-LAN and TV.

The completely furnished kitchen, the eating place and bathroom is to be shar with the owner and one other guest, sheets and towels are provided.

Very good tram connection to the railway station , to the Neuenheimer Feld and to the city centre. The tram goes every 10 minutes. Distance to walk to the tram station is 8 minutes.
